2008 Fall Season
The fall season is coming to the mid point of the season. This is a great time to go out and work on your swing, take some extra ground balls or work on your pitching. Get mom and dad off the computer and play some extra catch. The more you do the greater the rewards.....Have fun...play hard...
Spring registration is here!
Registration for the spring 2009 Little League season is now open closing December 15th. Starting this year ELL has decided to open registration earlier and close sooner in order to help the league become better organized. By registering online by December 15th you can help the league develop a league wide data base giving us the ability to keep you in touch with ELL Baseball news and events. Keep checking this site for future spring information throughout the year.
Walk registration this weekend
The next walk up registrations for the 2009 spring season will happen December 6th and December 13th from 10:30am to 1:00pm at the snack shack. Get signed up, spring is coming. Online registration can be done anytime between now and December 15th.
**Dodgers Win it all**
Congratulations to the ELL Dodgers for winning their Majors Division, winning the ELL tournament, winning the Mullen Cup and TOC championship. What a great year this team has had. When you start a new season most hope to be able to just compete with other teams and have a chance to play bonus baseball at the end of the year. The Dodgers far exceeded all expectations. Way to go boys. The parents, coaches and families are very proud of you all.
Padres Win Coast Cities!!!
The majors Coast City final pitted our ELL Padres against our ELL Giants. The game was a classic battle between two good teams with the Padres coming out on top. Congratulations to the Padres for winning it all and to the giants for representing our league.

Minor A Blue Jays win Division and Mullen Cup championship
The Minor A Division championship came down to the last game of the season with the Blue Jays, Pirates and Red Sox all bunched together at the top of the division. In the end the Blue Jays won out to capture the Division crown. By winning the division the Blue Jays earned a birth into the Mullen cup championship pitted against the ENLL Scrappers. The game against the two top teams in each League was a well played game with solid pitching and great defense. In the end the Blues Jay captured the Mullen Cup bringing it back home.
The Pirates who finished 3rd in the division went on to play the 5th place Orioles in the ELL end of the season tournament championship game. The game went back in forth with the pirates winning out. Congrats to the Pirates for a great season!!!!
Coast City Final
The Blues Jays after the Mullen Cup win went on to play in the Coast City tournament making it into the final game. The game matched the Blue Jays up against the ENLL Storm for the second time in the season. With the game knotted in a 3-3 tie in the 5th the Storm hitters struck first and put the game out of reach capturing the Coast City Championship leaving second place for our Jays. Congratulations to the MA Blue Jays for a successful season!!!

This years Cure JM fundraiser was a rounding success. Thank you to all that helped out that day in making this a fun event and help raise awareness to this decease. Channnel 8 News was there to film the event and aired the story on the 5:00 and 6:30 news. Click video below to watch the story.
The Umpire's call
The umpires schedule for the minor B games will be posted every Sunday around 5:00pm every week. Click on the left menu, umpires call, to be taken to the schedule page. Umpires will be placed on a first come first serve basis. Get your requestes in to Ron Bussey at rbussey@cox.net requesting your desired days. Have a great season and remember....
